What areas do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to Waco and the surrounding area. Delivery range depends on your package — Party Starter covers Waco only, Birthday Bash covers up to 30 miles, and Ultimate Party covers up to 50 miles.

Question 2

Do you handle delivery and setup?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We take care of everything. We'll deliver the machine, set it up at your venue, make sure it's running perfectly, and come back to pick it up when the rental period ends.

Question 3

How much space does the claw machine need?

Accepted Answer

Our standard claw machine needs about a 3ft x 3ft footprint, plus a few feet of clearance around it. A standard 110V electrical outlet nearby is preferred.

Question 4

What kinds of prizes come in the machine?

We stock the machine with stuffed animals, small toys, and novelty items. If you have a theme in mind, let us know when you book and we'll do our best to match it!

Question 5

Can I provide my own prizes?

Absolutely! You're welcome to supply your own prizes — just make sure they fit through the machine's prize chute (roughly 4 inches wide).

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates which fill up fast.

Question 7

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a small fee.

Question 8

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we require a small deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
